Today just tried a new recipe...a traditional bread that is use to eat with tandorii chicken or curry...taste is ok...the best thing is that it can become a pocket where you stuff your fillings inside...kind of fun doin this bread...kneading this bread is the worst part!Nearly got one of them burnt ...luckly it was saved..The yeast stinks abit..hahaha...my first try in making bread..i wonder what will I make next...will post more infos on avocado soon...so stay tune
